At Jewel House Brand, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, examine it carefully. You have 30 days to return or exchange item with us. If you wish to exchange an item or return an item for a refund, you may call customer service at 901-800-4631 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org request a return authorization.
If your original order shipped for free, a return label will be emailed to you to send the item(s) back to us at no cost to you. Print the label and affix it to the package. If your original order included a ground shipping charge, you will have to cover the cost of the return or exchange. Make sure to include a copy of your invoice in the box. Upon return and receipt of the product, Jewel House Brand will exchange, refund, or credit the item. An exchange will be shipped to you and we will cover the cost of shipping.
All products must be returned in their original condition: not worn, not altered, not washed with all tags and labels still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value, and we will adjust the final cost as needed.
Any Jewel House Brand product purchased from a retailer store or from any website except JewelHouseBrand.com must be returned or exchanged at the store it was purchased from.
NOTE: When shipping product back to Jewel House Brand, customers should choose the shipper that shows on the label. Please take note of the tracking number indicated in your return label, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
